From problem to tool

This is the loop we use at every gathering:

1. Explain the problem in your own words: what happens today and where it gets slow or lost.
2. Say what you want built: who uses it and what success looks like.
3. Let the AI interview you until the scope is clear.
4. Approve the scope, then let it build the first working version.
5. Use it as the user and the operator, change what does not fit, and go round again.

Iteration is the work. Most leaders are surprised that the first version arrives in minutes; the value comes from the next five rounds.
